Job summary

TJS PTE. LTD. is seeking an organized administrative professional in Singapore to perform daily operations support, ERP system updates, and stock management. You will print certificates and process orders while ensuring accurate data in the Navision system.

The role requires at least 1 year of administrative experience and familiarity with ERP software such as SAP, Oracle, or Navision. Training and career growth are available in a dynamic operations environment.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of administrative experience is required.
• GCE N/O Levels or equivalent educational background.
• Experience with ERP software systems (SAP, Oracle, Navision) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Printing of Certificate of Analysis for daily delivery.
• Label and drumming work order printing.
• Updating of sales orders' status.
• Posting of Drums Filling Advice (DFA) & Receiving in Navision system.
• Follow up on DFA with the workers.
• Updating of drumming schedule and container stuffing & unstuffing photo into server.
• Stock reservation in system.
• Generating stock report daily.
• Prepare monthly reports.
• Receiving of all incoming goods into Navision system.
• General Ops filing.
• Any other duties as assigned by the superior.
