Job summary

Centrum Solutions Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Air Freight Sales Manager to expand the customer portfolio and strengthen the air freight business in Singapore and international markets.

The role focuses on developing sales strategies, acquiring new corporate customers, managing the full sales cycle, and building strong relationships with airlines and partners to drive revenue and profitability.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Sales or related discipline.
• 3+ years of experience in air freight forwarding sales or business development.
• Strong knowledge of air freight pricing, routing, airline services and freight-forwarding operations.
• Demonstrated ability to generate new business and manage corporate accounts.
• Established network within Singapore's freight-forwarding, aviation or logistics industry is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, presentation and relationship-management skills.
• Commercially focused, self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM or freight-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for air freight forwarding services.
• Identify, approach and secure new corporate customers and business opportunities.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, quotations, negotiations and account onboarding.
• Build strong relationships with airlines, overseas agents, shippers and business partners.
• Prepare competitive air freight quotations in coordination with pricing and operations teams.
• Manage and grow existing key accounts while identifying cross-selling opportunities.
• Monitor market rates, airline capacity, competitor activity and industry trends.
• Prepare sales forecasts, pipeline reports and commercial performance updates.
• Achieve agreed revenue, gross profit and customer-acquisition targets.
• Work closely with Operations, Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure smooth shipment execution and payment collection.
• Represent the company at customer meetings, networking events and industry exhibitions.
