Qualifications

• 15–20 years of experience in dry etch process development within R&D.
• 10–15 years specifically in memory products such as NAND and DRAM.
• Deep knowledge of plasma physics, plasma chemistry, transport, and surface phenomena.

Responsibilities

• Lead advancements in dry etch technology and essential module development.
• Serve as a technical expert in dry etch process for NAND technology.
• Define the equipment roadmap and coordinate with suppliers.
