AUREUS (YEW TEE) PTE. LTD. is seeking dedicated musicians to join their team of teachers in Singapore.

You will plan and prepare individualized lessons in music theory, aural skills, and practical techniques, while motivating students throughout their learning journey. The ideal candidate will hold a Master or Bachelor Degree in Music, possess 1-2 years of teaching experience, and exhibit a bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students' needs and examination syllabuses
• Teach music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to students entering and preparing pupils for examinations
• Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources for music lessons
• Motivate students and encourage progress in the student’s learning journey
• Assess students' abilities, providing feedback and writing reports for parental feedback
• Accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance
• Working with other colleagues in group activities, such as camps and exam preparation

Hiring Criteria:

• Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM)*
• 1-2 years of experience in teaching or related fields preferred
• Bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills
• Job Location will be in Singapore
