Aureus Group invites dedicated musicians to join our team of teachers from around the world. We offer full-time roles across piano, violin, vocal, guitar/ukulele, drum, and music exploration teaching in Singapore.

Responsibilities include planning tailored lessons, teaching music theory and technique, sourcing materials, motivating students, and providing progress reports. Collaborative group activities and camps are part of the role, with strong emphasis on quality student outcomes.

Qualifications

• Master Degree, Bachelor Degree, Diploma in Music (ATCL/DipABRSM) required or preferred.
• 1–2 years of teaching or related field experience preferred.
• Bright and cheerful personality with confident communication skills.
• Job Location will be in Singapore.

Responsibilities

• Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students' needs and examination syllabuses.
• Teach music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to students entering and preparing pupils for examinations.
• Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources for music lessons.
• Motivate students and encourage progress in the student’s learning journey.
• Assess students' abilities, providing feedback and writing reports for parental feedback.
• Accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance.
• Working with other colleagues in group activities, such as camps and exam preparation.
