Job summary

Aureus Group is seeking dedicated musicians to join a team of teachers in Singapore for various music disciplines. Roles include Piano, Violin, Vocal, Guitar/Ukulele, Drum, and Music Exploration teaching.

Hiring criteria include higher music degrees (Master/Bachelor/Diploma) and 1-2 years of teaching experience. Singapore location. Full-time positions with friendly, professional studios.

Qualifications

• Plan and prepare lessons in relation to individual students' needs and examination syllabuses.
• Teach music theory, aural skills and practical techniques to students entering and preparing pupils for examinations.
• Acquire appropriate teaching materials and resources for music lessons.
• Motivate students and encourage progress in the student’s learning journey.
• Assess students' abilities, providing feedback and writing reports for parental feedback.
• Accompaniment or ensemble practice and performance.
• Working with other colleagues in group activities, such as camps and exam preparation.
