Job summary

Marina Bay Sands invites applications for an Education Facilitator (Casual) within ArtScience Museum. You will join the Education Team to engage visitors in learning experiences, demonstrations, and interactive workshops.

Role requires confident English speaking, and prior museum or hospitality exposure is a plus. You'll work 3–4 days a week, including weekends, in a dynamic museum environment focused on inclusive learning for all ages.

Qualifications

• Entry level with min GCE O' level.
• Proficient in English and a confident public speaker.
• Experience in museums or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in facilitating learning or presenting to groups advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver educational activities and interactive opportunities for diverse audiences.
• Be the front-facing contact for visitors in the Education team.
• Facilitate hands-on learning in the ArtScience Laboratory.
• Support programme delivery through demonstrations and workshops.
• Create a welcoming environment for learners of all ages.
• Assist in setup and reset of learning stations.
• Provide accurate information about exhibitions and education offerings.
• Observe feedback to support programme improvement.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the Laboratory.
• Commit to a professional presence; engage visitors respectfully.
• Support public programmes and museum-wide events when needed.
