Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking staff to deliver outstanding Visitor Experience across its Attractions, including Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas. You will engage guests, promote offerings and assist with enquiries while maintaining a high standard of service and safety.

Ideal candidates have a hospitality background, strong communication skills, and enjoy a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Shift-based roles with focus on guest engagement and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality or Certificate in Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution preferred.
• Prior hospitality or tourism experience is advantageous.
• Excellent guest relations and communication capabilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Visitor Experience and ensure smooth daily operations at MBS Attractions (Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas).
• Engage visitors in a positive and professional manner while proactively promoting attractions.
• Assist visitors with enquiries and guide them to the appropriate information source.
