Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking motivated Visitor Experience staff to ensure smooth daily operations across our Attractions including the Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas.

You will engage visitors with excellent service, handle inquiries, uphold SOPs, and work with casual staff to maintain high standards of presentation and safety in a dynamic, high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality or Certificate in Hospitality Operations preferred.
• Experience in hospitality and tourism industry is an advantage.
• Excellent guest relations and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Visitor Experience and oversee smooth daily operations at MBS Attractions (Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas).
• Engage visitors professionally and handle enquiries, guiding to information sources as needed.
• Assist casual staff in visitor engagement, SOPs and safety procedures.
