Job summary

Marina Bay Sands is seeking engaging Visitor Experience staff to ensure smooth daily operations across Attractions such as the Museum, SkyPark, Sampan Rides and Digital Light Canvas.

You will proactively engage visitors, promote attractions, assist with enquiries and guide casual staff while maintaining high standards of SOPs, safety, and cleanliness in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Education: Diploma in Tourism / Hospitality or equivalent preferred; Certificate in Hospitality Operations from a recognized institution acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent Visitor Experience and ensure smooth daily operations at MBS Attractions.
• Engage visitors professionally and promote Attractions.
• Assist visitors with enquiries and direct to information sources.
• Guide casual staff in visitor engagement and operations.
• Maintain SOPs and SQRs and ensure artifacts are safeguarded (museum when deployed).
