G4S Secure Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day security operations across allocated contract sites. You will ensure high-quality, compliant security services that reflect the G4S brand.

You will lead a team of up to 100 staff, manage manpower scheduling, conduct site surveys, handle incidents, and collaborate with clients and authorities to uphold security standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Security or equivalent with SS PRD qualification.
• 5+ years hands-on experience in operational security management or disciplined services.
• Ability to manage a large team (up to 100+ staff) across multiple sites.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise security staff to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Plan and schedule manpower to achieve full coverage and minimize overtime.
• Conduct regular site visits and security surveys to identify improvement opportunities.
• Provide training and guidance to staff, ensuring professional appearance and service quality.
• Investigate incidents, ensure accurate reporting, and escalate as required.
• Coordinate with clients, Ops Director and authorities as applicable to ensure smooth operations.
