Job summary

ONE IMPERIAL SECURITY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Security Operations Manager to plan and manage manpower deployment across sites in Singapore.

You will coordinate monthly and weekly schedules and redeploy officers to meet headcount requirements while ensuring adherence to SOPs. You will supervise security teams, conduct site checks, oversee training, appraisals, leave matters and disciplinary actions, and prepare pre/post-headcount, incident and supervisory reports for clients and senior management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage manpower deployment across sites via monthly/weekly schedules
• Oversee training, appraisals, leave matters and disciplinary actions
• Prepare headcount, incident and supervisory reports for clients and senior management
• Supervise security teams and site checks to enforce SOPs and task proficiency
• Ensure operation equipment (walkie talkies, guard tour system) meets requirements
• Ensure serviceability of equipment at all assignments
• Oversee manpower development and training
• Support implementation of the Quality Management System in Operations
• Be well versed in security technology like remote monitoring and CCTV
• Set up clocking points and ensure timely client reports
