G4S Secure Solutions (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a dedicated Security Supervisor to oversee day and night security operations at our assignments in Singapore. You will manage a team, liaise with clients, and ensure compliance with SOPs and company policies.

The role requires proven security leadership, strong communication, and the ability to handle client-facing duties. Regular site checks and incident documentation are part of the responsibilities, with a company bus provided for commutes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good leadership, organizational, and conflict-management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle client-facing duties.
• Valid security licenses.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate day/night security officers on-site
• Ensure compliance with assignment SOPs and company policies
• Manage daily operations, incident reporting, and documentation
• Liaise professionally with the client to address security matters
• Conduct regular site checks to maintain safety and security standards
• Provide leadership, guidance, and mentoring to the security team
• Respond to emergencies, incidents, and escalations promptly
