Job summary

Arslan SRS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to plan, organise and oversee daily security guarding operations across multiple client sites. You will ensure deployments meet client expectations and site SOPs, and supervise ground teams through site supervisors.

In addition to rostering, budgeting, and cost control, you will work with HR on recruitment, handle performance and discipline matters, and ensure PWM/PLRD compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in security operations or supervision
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to handle manpower and operational matters
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently
• Willing to conduct regular site visits when required

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily security guarding operations across assigned sites.
• Monitor and manage manpower budgets for assigned sites, including overtime and relief planning.
• Recruit, onboard, and allocate suitable officers to client sites in collaboration with HR.
• Ensure deployments meet client SOPs and comply with PWM and PLRD standards.
• Act as main point of contact for clients; attend meetings and follow up on feedback.
• Conduct regular site visits and spot checks to ensure performance and officer appearance.
