Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily activities at project sites.

• Communicate with contractors, suppliers, and clients regarding project updates.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and coordinating project activities.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, site records, and documentation.
• Monitor material deliveries and ensure required resources are available on site.
• Follow up on project timelines and resolve coordination issues.
• Ensure site work complies with company procedures and safety requirements.
• Attend site meetings and record meeting minutes.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Project Manager.
