Job summary

TMS ALLIANCES PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Project Coordinator to oversee building projects from planning to handover. You will coordinate with sub-contractors, supervise workers and vendors, and ensure work is executed per drawings and specifications while keeping clients informed.

You will also liaise with clients/consultants, attend site meetings, monitor progress, and maintain comprehensive project documentation to ensure on-time delivery within budget.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Building / Civil & Structural Engineering or related field.
• Candidates with relevant experience but no qualification will be considered.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate project works (R&R/NRP) with sub-contractors.
• Plan with sub-contractors on project execution including implementation.
• Supervise workers, sub-contractors and vendors to ensure proper work execution and workmanship.
• Execute project works per drawing / specifications.
• Resolve clients' and residents' complaints / feedback.
• Liaise with Clients, Consultants and Vendors on all project matters.
• Attend site meetings and track progress to meet schedule and budget.
• Maintain project documentation and coordinate with other departments.
• Ensure compliance with WSH and ISO45001; conduct safety briefings.
