Job summary

PSA Corporation in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to support the Superintending officer in managing building construction projects and maintenance at Tuas. You will experience the full life cycle from design to maintenance, contributing to safe and efficient operations.

Major responsibilities include supervising construction works (architectural and M&E), monitoring progress, conducting site safety inspections, QA/QC, ensuring methods follow approved statements, and liaising

Qualifications

Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Facilities Maintenance or Building Services.
At least 5 years of project management experience in the construction industry or facilities maintenance in commercial/industrial buildings.
Experience in building projects with architectural finishes and M&E installation preferred.
Knowledge of Building Information Modelling will be an advantage.
Possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Supervise construction works, especially architectural works and M&E installation.
Monitor construction progress against planned progress.
Conduct regular site safety inspections.
Assist in QA/QC.
Ensure construction methods are in accordance with approved Method Statements.
Liaise with RE/RTO on inspection of structural works.
Coordinate with various stakeholders on facilities requirement to ensure operationality, functionality and ease of maintenance
