As part of our regional expansion, we are looking for an experiencedTeam Leader / Managing Recruitment Consultant based in Singapore to lead and scale a recruitment desk covering a broad range of functions and industries - from commercial and corporate roles to specialist and technology-adjacent positions.

This is a leadership role for someone who combines strong billing capability, hands-on recruitment expertise, and a commercial leadership mindset - and who enjoys the variety and market coverage of a generalist, multi-specialization desk rather than a single narrow vertical.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Desk Management

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters/sourcers to achieve team revenue and hiring targets
• Drive team productivity, delivery quality, and recruitment process excellence
• Build a disciplined, high-performance recruitment culture with strong accountability
• Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new recruiters

Business Development & Client Management

• Develop and grow strategic client relationships across Singapore, Malaysia, and the broader Southeast Asia market
• Identify new business opportunities across multiple industries and functions, and convert them into retained or contingent recruitment partnerships
• Act as a trusted talent advisor to clients across their full hiring needs - not limited to a single function
• Manage key accounts and ensure high client satisfaction and repeat business

Recruitment Delivery

• Personally handle senior or strategic mandates when required
• Drive end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, offer negotiation, and closing
• Build strong talent pipelines and maintain market intelligence across multiple functional areas
• Flexibly cover diverse mandates - e.g. sales & marketing, HR & corporate functions, operations, finance, and other commercial roles - across industries including technology

Commercial & P&L Ownership

• Operate the desk with a strong business and P&L mindset
• Monitor team performance metrics including revenue, placements, productivity, and profitability
• Contribute to regional growth strategy and operational improvements
