Nimisski Fashion seeks an experienced sales leader to drive revenue across all offline channels in Singapore. You will mentor the retail team, develop and execute sales strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to hit targets and optimize customer experience.

You will establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, open and manage distributor partnerships for exclusive brands, and contribute to campaigns and promotions to expand the customer base.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business, Marketing or related fields.
• Minimum 5 years in management capacity overseeing sales channels.
• Experience with fashion, beauty or retail companies is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales across offline channels (retail stores, distribution, private shopping).
• Mentor retail sales team to meet flagship store targets and promote sales strategies.
• Build productive relationships with internal/external personnel across channels.
• Open and manage distribution for exclusive brands and achieve distribution sales goals.
• Coordinate with operations, merchandising, marketing, retail, ecommerce and management to meet sales objectives.
