Job summary

NIMISSKI Manufacturing PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a marketing lead to drive campaigns across eCommerce and retail channels for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands. You will plan and execute strategies, manage paid media, events and promotions, and lead branding initiatives.

You will coordinate with department store partners, source marketing partnerships, oversee PR outreach, and guide crisis communications as needed while ensuring brand consistency and audience engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support key seasonal campaigns via planning and execution of marketing strategies, including paid media, events, and promotions that will give outlets the opportunity to maximize sales.
• Digital marketing, customer acquisition, and social media content development
• Lead branding and marketing strategy development and implementation for a portfolio of fashion and lifestyle brands.
• Take the lead on communication/negotiation with department store personnel and in-store marketing by leveraging department store resources.
• Promotion Planning: Know what promotion works and be able to plan for a full-year calendar of eCommerce and retail shop events and activities to enhance the shopper experience and achieve sales targets.
• Active in sourcing for marketing partnerships with external parties for collaborations, vendor management, including liaison of PR, managing of outreach seeding programs to KOLs and our membership members.
• Monitor corporate image frequently and ensure it is in compliance with company brand.
• Develop and implement crisis communications advice and media strategy, as needed.
• Others duties assigned by the director.
