Job summary

Sephora SEA in Singapore seeks a Manager, Commercial Strategy & Growth to turn data, insights and market information into clear actions across Commercial, Merchandising, Marketing, Retail, Digital and Finance.

You will lead cross-functional projects, build business cases and scenarios, and mentor a direct report while partnering with Market Leadership to drive revenue growth across our omni‑channel environment.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in strategy, analytics or revenue growth management.
• SQL skills required, with ability to work with large datasets.
• Retail/omnichannel or consumer business experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead business reviews, deep-dives and strategic analyses across markets.
• Identify growth opportunities, risks and performance drivers.
• Build business cases, scenarios and opportunity assessments.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Retail and Digital to implement recommendations.
• Mentor and manage one direct report.
