Qualifikationen

• Proven experience managing multiple outlets in a high-volume hospitality or F&B environment.
• Strong leadership experience, with a track record of coaching and developing managers.
• Sound commercial and financial acumen, including P&L management.
• Strong communication, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to manage competing priorities independently.
• Good computer skills and confidence working with operational systems and data.
• A hands-on leadership style and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Leading, coaching and developing Restaurant Managers across multiple outlets.
• Driving consistent food quality, service and operational standards across your area.
• Reviewing outlet performance and identifying opportunities to grow sales and profitability.
• Managing P&L, COGS, labour and operating costs across multiple restaurants.
• Developing managers and building a strong pipeline of future leaders.
• Ensuring food safety, workplace safety and regulatory compliance.
• Monitoring inventory, wastage and operational controls.
• Supporting recruitment, training and succession planning across your management teams.
• Addressing customer feedback and driving improvements in guest experience.
• Partnering with the wider Restaurant Operations team to deliver business goals and priorities.
