Job summary

7E CONNECT is expanding its Singapore footprint and seeks a Retail Manager to take full operational ownership of a cluster of 2–3 stores.

This hands-on, floor-based leadership role focuses on sales performance, stock integrity, cash control, manpower planning and service standards across the outlets. You will rotate across shifts, including weekends and public holidays, to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years in retail operations with supervisory experience.
• Experience across multiple outlets is advantageous.
• Ability to work a rotating 3-shift roster including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end operations for 2–3 outlets, ensuring efficiency and standards.
• Drive sales and monitor stock reports to improve profitability.
• Oversee cash handling, float management and banking procedures.
• Plan rosters and supervise staff, including on-the-floor coverage.
• Ensure customer service standards and compliance with food safety and licensing obligations.
