Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business Administration, Retail Management, Marketing or related field preferred.
• 3–5 years retail experience, including 1–2 years in supervision/management.
• Experience managing sales operations, inventory and staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations.
• Monitor compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Handle incidents and report issues according to company procedures.
• Consolidation of purchases and reconciliation of sales transactions/reports.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Recruit, train, supervise and motivate team; conduct evaluations and coaching.
• Promote teamwork, accountability and a positive work environment.
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure product availability.
