Job summary

VORTEX STAFFING is seeking an experienced HR Manager in Singapore to oversee HR operations, recruitment, employee relations and compliance, ensuring people initiatives support business objectives and local employment requirements.

You will manage daily HR tasks, end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding, develop policies, coordinate payroll, and provide advisory support to management and staff on Singapore employment practices while driving training and staff engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR, Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant HR experience.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment practices and HR regulations.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to handle confidential matters professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations, employee records, leave and attendance.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and manpower planning.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
• Handle employee relations and performance management.
• Coordinate payroll and HR administration.
• Advise on HR policies and Singapore employment requirements.
• Support training, employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Prepare HR reports and assist projects and process improvements.
