Job summary

OCEANDRIVE NETWORKS PTE. LTD. seeks an IT Infrastructure & Operations Lead to oversee day-to-day IT across corporate offices and retail/F&B outlets. You will lead a team, coordinate with vendors, and ensure uptime, security, and reliability of networks, POS, and infrastructure.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong IT operations experience, and the ability to manage multi-site environments with rapid incident resolution. Singapore-based operations and out-of-hours support may be required.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years IT infrastructure/operations experience
• Experience supporting multiple physical locations/outlets
• F&B, retail, hospitality or similar uptime-critical environments
• Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, security and backups

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure and operations across all sites
• Manage network, Wi‑Fi, firewalls, switches, servers, endpoints, printers
• Ensure connectivity between outlets, HQ, cloud services and systems
• Monitor infrastructure performance, availability, capacity, and security
• Identify recurring issues and implement permanent solutions
• Maintain documentation: configurations, diagrams, asset inventories
• Provide health checks and preventive maintenance across outlets
• Oversee IT systems for retail/F&B outlets (Internet, Wi‑Fi, firewall, CCTV)
• Coordinate IT setup for new openings, relocations and closures
• Respond quickly to outlet incidents affecting sales/operations
• Lead and coordinate IT support/infrastructure team
• Set escalation procedures; coach team members
• Be the primary IT contact for the client; translate business requirements into IT solutions
• Provide updates on incidents, health, projects, and issues
• Coordinate with stakeholders, internal IT, and external vendors
• Lead major incident response and root-cause analysis
• Manage vendor relationships and service levels
• Support IT projects and new outlet deployments
• Ensure security controls and compliance
• Maintain asset lifecycle and renewal plans
• Deliver management reports on incidents, outages, and health
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability and efficiency
• Develop SOPs for IT operations and incidents
