Job summary

C&W SERVICES (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an Operations Executive to provide hands-on IT operations and end-user support across the market. You will manage assets, coordinate vendors, deploy devices, and back up site leadership as needed.

This role combines technical support with operational coordination, reporting to the Territory Manager, and ensuring service levels, incident resolution, and user enablement across global IT teams.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Computing or related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years' experience in a corporate IT environment.
• Knowledge of IT service management, asset management, project support, and incident management processes.
• ITIL Foundation certification and technical certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• IT Asset & Procurement Management: Oversee asset inventories, audits, procurement activities, device deployment, and disposal processes.
• Vendor & Telecommunications Management: Coordinate with local vendors, internet service providers, and telecommunications providers while managing billing and procurement activities.
• End-User Technology Support: Provide desktop, mobile device, conferencing, and audio-visual support, including troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.
• Service & Incident Management: Manage requests and incidents through ServiceNow, maintain documentation, ensure SLA compliance, and escalated issues appropriately.
• Technology Training & Adoption: Deliver onboarding sessions, user training, and technology adoption programs to improve employee productivity and reduce recurring issues.
• Project Support: Participate in testing, office moves, infrastructure refreshes, software deployments, and other IT initiatives.
• Leadership Support: Assist in managing Site Services Technicians and local IT Champions during the Territory Manager's absence.
