Job summary

Xcellink Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Delivery & Operations Manager to lead delivery and operational performance of managed Network Infrastructure Services across L1 and L2 operations in Singapore. You will supervise technical operations teams, drive service performance, and engage senior client stakeholders to deliver outcomes.

The role requires ITIL/ITSM knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to translate technical issues into customer value while collaborating with sales

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT / Network Infrastructure / Network Operations in a managed-services environment.
• Strong understanding of L1/L2 Network Operations and NOC environments.
• Familiarity with LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, Firewall, Network monitoring, Network performance and availability, Data Centre/Enterprise Network Infrastructure.
• ITIL Foundation or ITSM knowledge preferred.
• Networking certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, JNCIA, Aruba, Fortinet or equivalent will be an advantage.
• PMP, PRINCE2, Agile or other project/service management certification will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead L1/L2 technical or network operations teams, including shift-based or 24x7 operations where applicable.
• Manage service performance, SLAs, and operational KPIs.
• Engage senior client stakeholders and communicate service performance clearly.
• Drive continual service improvement and coordination with Customer Success and commercial teams.
• Oversee service transitions, operational projects and infrastructure improvement initiatives.
