Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Cluster Enrichment Centre Manager to oversee the operations and business performance of multiple learning centres in Singapore.

This hands-on leadership role requires a strong background in education, tuition, and enrichment. You will work closely with Centre Managers to drive sales, enrolment, customer experience and operational standards across locations, with travel islandwide and regular HQ meetings.

Qualifications

• Degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience within the tuition, enrichment, education industry.
• At least 3 years in a senior management or supervisory capacity, with experience overseeing multiple locations.
• Demonstrated experience managing Centre Managers or similar middle-management teams.
• Proven experience managing multi-site operations, manpower and operational costs.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to CMs across multiple locations, ensuring each centre achieves its business and performance objectives.
• Monitor centre performance, including sales, enrolment, customer retention, operational efficiency and service standards, and implement improvement plans where required.
• Conduct regular site visits to assess operations, identify ground-level challenges and provide support to CMs.
• Ensure consistency in customer experience, service quality, operational procedures and SOP implementation across all locations.
• Review and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency, productivity and overall centre performance.
• Manage the performance and development of CMs and the operations team.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff deployment and operating expenses to ensure resources are utilised effectively.
• Work closely with senior management and internal departments on operational initiatives, process improvements and system implementation.
• Support business expansion initiatives, including new location openings, relocations and other operational projects.
