LEE QUAN (HAI ZHONG BAO) PTE. LTD. is seeking an Operations Oversight professional to supervise daily activities across multiple stalls in Singapore, ensuring service consistency, quality, and hygiene standards.

You will manage staff rosters, cover frontline roles as needed, monitor KPIs, handle customer feedback, and support new stall openings. A base salary of SGD 2,800–3,800 per month is offered, plus incentives and benefits.

Qualificações

• Prior experience in F&B operations, preferably in a coffeeshop or food court setup.
• Hands-on and flexible, willing to cover frontline roles when required.
• Familiarity with manpower scheduling, SFA hygiene standards, and basic cost control.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations across multiple stalls/outlets to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain consistency in service, food quality, and hygiene standards.
• Conduct regular audits on cleanliness, safety, and compliance with SFA regulations.
• Plan and manage staff schedules to ensure adequate manpower coverage.
• Cover frontline roles when needed, including cashiering and floor supervision.
• Train, motivate, and mentor staff to sustain service quality.
• Monitor stall performance and daily operational KPIs, and identify improvements.
• Handle customer feedback and build rapport with customers and community.
• Support new stall setups and assist with outlet openings.
• Coordinate with stallholders on menu rollouts, promotions, and promotions planning.
• Ensure consistency in promotions, pricing, and operational standards across outlets.
