Responsibilities

• Direction and Coaching: provide clear, concise direction to team members and mentor others to lead operations effectively.
• Communication and Coordination: act as liaison between HQ and assigned outlets, disseminating information to Kiosk Managers and teams.
• Performance Monitoring and Improvement: review daily business reports, identify problems, and propose improvements to optimize performance.
• Efficient Operations: direct efficient product preparation for prompt customer delivery and maintain speed guidelines.
• Promotions and Maintenance: ensure effective execution of sales promotions and coordinate maintenance with HQ for continuity.
• Feedback and Continuous Improvement: review customer feedback and incidents, take action, and conduct after-action reviews for improvements.
• Food and Workplace Safety: ensure audits and SOP compliance, follow FIFO for food products, and enforce safety procedures.
• Staffing and HR Oversight: review weekly schedules, manage manpower costs, handle employee concerns and attrition, and oversee timesheets.
• Performance Management and Accountability: set goals, provide feedback, ensure accountability and HR policy compliance.
