Job summary

HarriAnns Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking an Area Manager to lead and energize the outlet teams, driving sales performance and ensuring profitable operations across multiple outlets.

The role reports to the Operations Manager and emphasizes SOP adherence, manpower planning, and collaboration with Marketing to develop promotions. A Diploma and 3–5 years in F&B management are required, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Possess at least a Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant management experience in F&B operations.
• Possess good knowledge in Food & Beverage industry and Restaurant Operations.
• Good communications, planning and execution skills.
• Team player with ability to lead and motivate the team.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate restaurant supervisors to achieve sales targets and ensure SOP adherence.
• Develop monthly sales targets and monitor performance across outlets.
• Responsible for the profitability of the outlets; manage manpower, food cost and operating costs.
• Work closely with Marketing on promotions to drive sales.
• Lead and manage the Operations team to ensure proper restaurant operations and manpower planning.
• Ensure SOPs are followed; review and improve efficiency.
• Coordinate with HR on recruitment and training; manage staff development.
• Conduct outlet checks for food quality, service and hygiene; manage inventory.
• Investigate internal and external issues; ensure appropriate settlement.
• Oversee staff retention and development; manage staffing levels.
