Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a versatile HR Associate to join the regional HR team. You will be allocated to a specific HR function and gain hands-on experience across recruitment, learning and development, communications, culture and engagement, talent management, organisational design, and AI transformation.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in HRM or psychology, internship experience is a plus, and you should be adaptable, detail-oriented, goal-focused, analytical, and able to collaborate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM or Psychology preferred.
• Prior HR internship experience advantageous.
• Able to work in a dynamic environment with attention to detail and standards.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver HR programmes across Recruitment, Learning & Development, Communications, Culture & Engagement, Talent Management, Organisational Design, and AI Transformation.
• Partner with line managers to provide advice and solutions for day-to-day people matters and long-term organisation plans.
• Champion and incorporate Shopee's culture and values in all aspects of work.
