Job summary

Mission Group is hiring Assistant Restaurant Managers across multiple concepts. As part of the Talent Acquisition team, candidates will be considered for opportunities at Willow, Firebird, Carlitos, Casa Vostra, temper., Chin Mee Chin, and Petra, depending on experience and restaurant needs.

You will support daily operations, lead the front-of-house team, and uphold service standards while contributing to each concept's success.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising or managing restaurant operations
• Strong hospitality standards and guest experience focus
• Proven ability to lead diverse front-of-house teams
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to adapt across casual to fine dining concepts

Responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily restaurant operations and service delivery
• Lead and develop the front-of-house team to deliver warm, attentive hospitality
• Maintain high service standards, presentation, cleanliness, and guest experience
• Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth service flow
• Manage staff scheduling, deployment, and training to build a capable team
• Monitor guest feedback and handle enquiries and service recovery promptly
• Assist with inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimise waste
• Contribute to opening/closing procedures and operational initiatives
