SIJIMINFU-JUMBO PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee all aspects of our Singapore operation. You will drive P&L performance, manage budgets, and lead a team of supervisors and service staff to deliver high standards of service.

You will be responsible for cost control, revenue growth, and ensuring safe, efficient, and customer-focused operations daily. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 6 years management experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Sound leadership qualities with the ability to manage service staff.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and management skills; ability to lead and inspire staff.

Responsabilités

• Responsible for the profit & loss of the restaurant and implement cost control measures.
• Manage the restaurant's budget and forecasts to meet or exceed management expectations.
• Maximize profitability by increasing turnover (revenues and covers) and controlling costs as a priority.
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Maintain and improve overall performance including cost analysis and monitoring of processes.
• Supervise food and operational safety to ensure a comfortable environment for customers.
• Ensure customers' needs are met by providing efficient and professional service and resolving service issues with tact.
• Drive operational efficiencies and maximize customer satisfaction through leadership and service culture.
• Control labour via manpower scheduling and monitor staff leave.
• Actively involved in hiring processes for junior positions.
• Involved in staff counselling and recommending disciplinary actions when needed.
• Manage and mentor a team of supervisors and service staff to maximize manpower utilization.
• Handle all restaurant administrative duties.
• Take on other duties as assigned by the Area Manager from time to time.
