Job summary

Crew in Singapore is seeking an experienced Operations Manager (F&B) to lead multiple restaurant brands and drive growth. You will own P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control, while shaping operational excellence and service standards across outlets.

The role requires 5–8 years in F&B, multi-brand or multi-outlet experience, a strong leadership track record, and a strategic, hands-on approach to improve sales and profitability. Singapore-based, on-site operations are expected.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of F&B experience, preferably multi-outlet or multi-brand operations
• Strong track record in P&L management, budgeting, forecasting and cost control
• Proven ability to drive sales, profitability and operational improvements

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and performance of at least 2 restaurant brands
• Take ownership of P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost management
• Develop and implement strategies to drive sales, profitability and business growth
• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Lead the planning and coordination of new outlet openings
• Establish and maintain high standards for service quality, food safety and operational excellence
• Monitor outlet performance, analyse costs and implement corrective actions where required
• Manage customer feedback and ensure consistent product and service standards
• Lead, coach and develop Area Managers, Restaurant Managers, Supervisors and service teams
• Optimise manpower deployment and build a strong, high-performing service culture
• Work closely with senior management on business and operational initiatives
