Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a senior operations leader to steer expansion and daily restaurant performance, aligned with the company’s growth plan.

You will work closely with the Group CEO, drive strategic initiatives, oversee a high-performing F&B team, and ensure quality and profitability as the brand grows, including overseas partnerships and new dining concepts in China.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years spent working in China (preferably in a recognised Peking duck establishment).
• Mandarin language skills or cultural fluency is a strong advantage to liaise with our chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Prior experience / involvement in restaurant openings or menu development in China.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing strategies for operational management and development within budgets and timelines.
• Work closely with the Group CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans.
• Set KPIs and strategize on expansion and operational improvement plans.
• Oversee smooth running of restaurant operations and ensure high quality standard of food and service.
• Groom and build a team of F&B professionals to support aggressive expansion plans.
• Measure the effectiveness of all processes internally and externally.
