Job summary

Jumbo Group of Restaurants Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Leader to drive strategic growth and operational excellence locally and internationally as the company expands.

You will partner with the Group CEO to set KPIs and strategic plans, evolve brands or develop new dining concepts, oversee a high‑performing F&B team, and ensure timely reporting and disciplined execution across all restaurant operations.

Qualifications

• Assist in implementing strategies for operational management within budgets and timelines.
• Work with Group CEO to develop and accomplish goals and strategic plans.
• Set KPIs and strategize on expansion and operational improvements.
• Assist in evolving current brand or developing new dining concepts.
• Provide timely, accurate reports on the operating condition of the company.
• Identify and evaluate strategic growth via M&A/ partnerships.
• Motivate and lead a high-performance management team to achieve sales, profitability and business objectives.
• Provide day-to-day leadership and management to a service organization reflecting the adopted mission and core values of the company.
• Groom and build a team of motivated F&B professionals for the company's aggressive expansion plan.
• Oversee smooth running of all restaurant operations.
• Define processes and monitoring systems to ensure food and services are adhered to a high quality standard.
• Responsible for the measurement and effectiveness of all processes internally and externally.
• Any other jobs or duties assigned by the Chief Operating Officer from time to time.

Responsibilities
