Job summary

GSK Tuas in Singapore offers the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on-the-job training designed to build a pipeline of skilled professionals for Singapore’s biopharmaceutical manufacturing industry. Trainees gain hands-on experience, industry-relevant skills, and mentorship from experienced professionals in a world-leading biopharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical/Bioprocess Engineering, Biotechnology, Pharmaceutical Science, Life Science, or related field.
• Understanding of databases and SQL.
• Strong MS Office background (Excel, Word, Project, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Strong trouble shooting capabilities with engineering thinking to tackle complex issues.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Quantitative & qualitative analytical skills.
• Project management, planning, organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to commercial manufacturing team, including change assessment, process monitoring, troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the lifecycle of products and processes manufactured at GSK Tuas from inception to disposal.
• Continued Process Verification and CPV cycle participation for designated product.
• Assist Product Owner to manage CPV meetings and report metrics.
