Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences or other relevant field.
• Knowledge of cGMP and safety (biosafety).
• Knowledge in Biotechnology equipment and process.
• Equipment and process troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge in Lean Six Sigma tools.
• Knowledge in Project Management.
• Effective communication and team building skills.
• Effective organization skills.
• Effective project management skills.
• MS Office suite of software.

Responsibilities

• Provide process and technical support to Manufacturing Operations to enable Value Stream objectives.
• Support process optimization, validation activities, and continuous improvement.
• Assist in change management, deviation investigations, and CAPAs.
• Prepare documents and training materials for operations.
• Develop relationships with MSAT, QA, QC, TS and others to meet objectives.
• Plan, manage and execute deliverables with proper resources.
• Support technology transfer and new process transfers.
• Coach and guide Operations Engineer in daily tasks.
