Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline Singapore invites applications for the Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured on‑the‑job training track designed to build MES capabilities across manufacturing. The MES trainee will perform technical and business analysis, support deployment, testing, validation, and improvements of MES applications at the Jurong site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Computing or relevant field of study.
• Desire to learn pharmaceutical manufacturing processes and MES software.
• Ability to write project related technical documents.
• Project Management and Business Analysis skills.
• Collaborate with business functions to deliver improvements.
• Good communication and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Discover, develop and roll out pilot deployment and MES configuration updates.
• Deliver MES changes, on-site support, data maintenance and environment setup.
• Engage with internal departments and vendors to resolve MES issues.
• Collaborate with MES product owners to align with Roadmap and standards.
• Work with quality and manufacturing teams to identify improvements and implement changes.
