Job summary

GSK invites applications for its Attach and Train Programme (AnT), a 15-month structured trainee pathway designed to develop the next generation of biopharmaceutical manufacturing professionals in Singapore.

The programme offers hands-on experience, mentorship, and exposure to a world‑leading GMP environment, welcoming fresh graduates and mid-career entrants who are Singapore Citizens or Permanent Residents.

Qualifications

• Degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Science discipline with a focus in pharmaceutical science/chemistry/biochemistry
• Proficient IT skills; able to navigate software/systems
• Knowledge of cGLP & cGMP; basic lab techniques
• Laboratory or industry exposure is advantageous
• Ability to learn GMP manufacturing requirements quickly and apply them

Responsibilities

• Support on-the-job training across GMP environments
• Assist analytical method lifecycle and reagent lifecycle activities
• Help archive GMP documents and manage masterdata
• Contribute to protocol and reports preparation for lifecycle activities
• Collaborate with ASAT projects and diverse stakeholders
