Job summary

SINGDASING GOLD TRADING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Loan Officer to assist customers through the loan process and provide responsive support.

The role emphasizes clear communication, polite conduct, and guidance on loan options. Candidates with prior experience and strong customer service skills are preferred. Responsibilities include assessing customer needs, answering queries, and promoting loan products while ensuring professional service standards and timely follow-ups in a busy money-lending

Qualifications

• Good communication skills.
• Prior/related experience preferred.
• Have instant messaging and telephone etiquette.
• Ensure each customer is provided with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Understand customers' needs and guide them through the loan process.
• Handle customer queries & promote New/renew sales.
• Check customers background and evaluate their creditworthiness (CPF, MLCB, HDB, credit bureau etc.) and advise whether customers are suitable for LOAN installment plan.
• Manage and provide customer service support via phone call, Live chat /emails to clarify the Loan details.
• Any ad-hoc duty assigned by the management.
