Responsibilities

• Guide customers through the loan application process by understanding their needs and recommending suitable loan options
• Review financial documents to ensure all applications comply with company SOPs and industry regulations
• Provide clear and timely updates to customers throughout their loan application journeyManage inbound loan enquiries efficiently to maintain high customer satisfaction

Working Hours and Location

• Outlets island wide; you will be registered to only one
• Monday to Saturday: 11am to 8pm; Sunday: 10am to 6pm; one weekday off scheduled
