PERSOL is seeking an entry-level Loan Executive in Changi, Singapore to support loan processing and servicing activities. You will handle loan creation, disbursement, repayment, and related reconciliations under supervision.

Ideal candidates have a background in Banking/Finance or related discipline, with strong numerical and analytical skills, and good communication abilities. Willingness to learn banking operations and follow established procedures is essential.

Loan Executive (Banking) - Entry Level

Location: Changi, Singapore

Key Responsibilities:

Loan Processing and Servicing

• Process loan transactions, including loan creation, disbursement, repayment, repricing, redemption, and payment collection

• Perform audit confirmation activities, including setting up new auditors and creating customer instructions in the system

Coordination and Reconciliation

• Liaise with business units and support teams on loan processing and audit confirmation matters

• Perform ad-hoc and end-of-day reconciliations to ensure transaction accuracy

Operational Standards

• Meet processing turnaround time and accuracy requirements

• Follow established procedures, controls, and operational guidelines

Requirements

• Qualification in Banking, Finance, Business, Accounting, or a related discipline is preferred

• Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply

• Strong attention to detail with good numerical and analytical skills

• Good communication and coordination skills
