Job summary

Actxa, a Singapore-rooted smart wearable company, seeks a Performance Marketing Executive to manage paid media and organic discovery. You will run campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok, optimize CAC/ROAS, and support distributors with marketing tools.

You will lead SEO and GEO initiatives, collaborate with content and sales teams, and build dashboards to drive growth. 3–5 years paid media experience required in a fast-moving team.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing.
• Experience in health tech, wearables or FMCG is a plus.
• 3–5 years of hands-on paid media across Meta and Google Ads; TikTok Ads preferred.
• Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and GEO/AI search optimization.
• Proficient with generative AI tools for planning, content, research and reporting.
• Experience supporting channel sales or distributors with marketing collateral.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and manage paid campaigns across Meta, Google and TikTok.
• Build audience segmentation, retargeting and lookalike strategies.
• Brief creative teams and run structured A/B tests.
• Monitor pixel tracking, attribution, and adapt to platform changes.
• Develop on-site and off-site SEO and GEO initiatives.
• Support channel partners with assets and co-marketing campaigns.
• Build performance dashboards and report ROAS/CAC and growth.
