Job summary

Carousell Group is seeking a Retail Associate to work at partner stores across multiple locations. You will sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in-store or through online channels and assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.

This role requires good communication and people skills, prior retail experience, basic computer skills, and familiarity with POS systems. You should be able to work independently and in a team, keep displays neat, and support store

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is required.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Sell and promote new or pre-owned mobile devices in-store or online.
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Data entry and other administrative duties.
• Pick, pack, and prepare devices for sale.
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Any other operational duties as required by the store manager.
