Job summary

Carousell Group in Singapore is seeking a Channel Growth & Operations Associate to help scale our device Trade-In business across major online platforms and retail partners.

This role sits at the intersection of partnerships, operations, and growth, managing Trade-In programs across partners such as Lazada and Shopee, while also working with the Carousell platform team to run marketing campaigns that drive awareness and demand for Trade-In services.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome.
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of Trade-In programs across e-commerce and partner channels.
• Coordinate and manage relationships with platform and retail partners.
• Support onboarding of new Trade-In partners and coordinate program launches.
• Negotiate and propose improvements to program structures; prepare updates for partners.
• Work with Carousell platform team to run traffic and awareness campaigns for Trade-In services.
• Track weekly performance and prepare reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
