Job summary

Carousell Group seeks a Channel Growth & Operations Associate to scale the device Trade-In business across major online platforms and retail partners. You will manage Trade-In programs with Lazada, Shopee, and Carousell platform teams to drive awareness and demand.

You will collaborate with partnerships, operations, and growth teams to optimize campaigns, customer journeys, and settlements, ensuring smooth program execution across channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Fresh graduates or candidates with 0–2 years experience are welcome
• Strong analytical ability and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with Excel / Google Sheets
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Self-starter with strong ownership mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage Trade-In programs across partner channels (e-commerce and retail) and drive performance
• Coordinate onboarding of new Trade-In partners and plan program launches
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns to drive Trade-In awareness and adoption
• Coordinate with operations and logistics teams for smooth program execution
• Prepare weekly updates and quarterly reviews for partners and internal stakeholders
• Track performance and identify insights to optimize channel growth
