Job summary

Carousell Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Store Operations Associate to support BBA partner stores and Carousell Mobile stores, with regular deployments to BBA locations.

You will help customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries, perform data entry and other admin duties, and ensure shelves are stocked, devices are prepared for sale, and the store remains clean and organized for a smooth daily operation.

Qualifications

• Good communication and people skills.
• Experience in retail gadget is preferable.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of point-of-sale systems.
• Willing to learn about mobile devices, trade-ins, and diagnostics.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across BBA partner stores and Carousell Mobile stores at multiple locations, with deployment to BBA stores for a minimum of 2 days per week.
• Provide last-minute manpower coverage for store operations, including employee absences, annual leave, and other staffing gaps.
• Assist customers with sales, trade-ins, and product inquiries.
• Data Entry and other Administrative duties
• Pick, pack, and get devices (phones and other electronics) for sale
• Keep products stocked and displayed neatly.
• Maintain a clean and organized store.
• Any other operational requirement as determined by store manager
